We thought we would help you in this delivery chaos and wanted to get the food. Collection 19:15, in the store 19:05. No greeting in the store, ignorance until the end. about 7:20 pm someone came up from behind and placed the order in front of me. Wrong burger. They made the right one on advice. I waited for the new burger for almost 20 minutes, the fries although asked to make new ones, then lay in the box for 20 minutes and were just sloppy. The pizza was soggy. In addition, the pizza and the fries were cold. After asking for a price reduction for all of this was completely ignored. We will never order there again !!! We have not received an apology for any of this. PS: I only left the shop at 7:40 pm

I placed an order early with the request to deliver it at 6.30pm. Unfortunately this could not be kept so the order came in at 7 p.m. We had 3 different Jumbo, unfortunately none of them convinced in terms of taste or quality. Pizzas were not warm, the topping was very lean and the taste was mediocre. It was worth trying to go back to our usual providers, unfortunately not a second time for this price performance. Unfortunately, the promised voucher has not yet been received by email. Promises vouchers for compensation that never arrive ...

Top delivery service although the surprise egg was missing from the kids menu today.

I was actually a friend of World of Pizza until now, but for some time now I've been getting food that was probably prepared next to a lake. The last time burgers were plain and very limp. Today I had a burger and a Tonno pizza, ordered for a certain time. You were there 15 minutes early. The tonno had no taste and was cold. The burger carelessly covered and saggy. For the fact that your food is so expensive, the quality is unfortunately anything but suitable. 22.10 for cold and tasteless food. Cool, really ...

Today we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 burgers. Arrived quickly. Nevertheless, the burgers were cold and really dry. There wasn't much to be seen of chili cheese or barbecue. The pizza itself was delicious, but unfortunately also a bit dry. It's a shame, last time everything was great! Order number: #VZVRKW

Super friendly customer service. I chose payment by debit card. Later I noticed that my Sparkasse was doing maintenance work and that no payment was possible at the time. After a call, the food was delivered anyway and the branch manager took over the payment for the time being. Thanks! As always, food tasted very good.

A large portion of french fries looked pretty lean and wasn't a hit either and was edible. (not deep-fried) The burger was lukewarm the good thing was now it was time for dessert that you are looking forward to. But that was nothing because it wasn't the ice cream I ordered, but something that was still there. All in all, I could have saved myself an order here.

I found the service very professional and the staff very friendly! I can only recommend!!

Ordering was easy and everything was ready when you picked it up, great?. Unfortunately pizza only tasted so-so. The worst came the next day: stomach / intestines lay flat for 5 days, so full program. Since my wife and I only ate something there that day, we conclude that it came from there. I'm sorry, but I can't get a good rating from my side.

Great pizza just ordered with beef fillet strips and not a piece was ordered there the last time

Not even worth a star! Order 3 dishes on Monday as usual. 1 there was no cheese sauce, so I chose the product by phone + additional products and instead spaghetti Bolognese, my husband pizza with beef and our daughter spaghetti with tomato sauce. Then I should pay the same price including additional products even though they weren't there. Then the surprise. 3 bites and the first course to the toilet. I am 8 months pregnant even more critical. Now call from the doctor poisoning. We usually like to order delicious, but something goes wrong when something like that follows.

Very good burgers and really tasty sometimes it happens that the extra paid cheese is missing. Or how the fries are not done properly today. But then the employees immediately try to fix the problem.

I ordered from World of Pizza today. We had to wait longer than indicated, which I don't want to complain about in the heat. I deliver myself and know how corrosive the heat can be and how many people are ordering for the weekend. The supplier was really very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the jumbo pizza was very average in size and there was really very little in the ordered bowl for the proud price of 9 euros. It was very tasty and also fresh but unfortunately nothing special, which is why I think 31 € for the two things is very steep. I think 3 stars are appropriate.

27 minutes stated delivery time, after 1h10min called the provider. A small compensation was promised and a quick turnaround. After 2h5min the food arrived. With a verbal apology but there wasn't anything extra. World of Pizza, thank you never again. I can't rate food, meanwhile I had to do something else for my children. Incredible.

Have about the company, about 1 week ago, ü. Ordered 10 pizzas. Delivery time top, therefore 1 star. Pizzas, however, totally mushy. Not baked properly. The edge was totally pale and not crispy. That of course totally messed up the taste. Topping was plentiful, so 1 more star. But unfortunately I didn't like it otherwise. A pity

I had the World burger. It was the best burger I've ever had. Very tasty, fresh vegetable. Really excellent. I was very satisfied. Service pleasant. Will come again.
